Consumers have the right to withdraw from the booking of a passenger flight within 14 days of the booking confirmation without giving any reason. In the case of purchasing a voucher, consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of the voucher without giving any reason. The cost of returning the voucher shall be borne by Paragliding Oberbayern powered by Thermik-Flug. Any withdrawal after this period is excluded.
The withdrawal must be made in text form (e.g. by letter or email). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the tandem flight or the voucher has already been redeemed.
